  Heavy Rack is called the "selective shelf,pallet shelf ",which is used to store pallet.
Usually consist of upright frame, beam, pallet support and other standard components .H-bracing and D-bracing connect with upright by self-lock bolts, can effectively prevent racking from losing balance cause by the release of the bolts.
    Heavy rack can be designed several rows and lines by width and length of the warehouse, and in the middle has a passage which for the truck to pick the goods. support Guide (Corbel Beam), the storage tray under the direction of depth. Its load capacity can reach 4500kg/level. This kind shelf can work in many kinds trucks.
  1.Frame

  The frame of heavy rack is the main support part, and max load capacity can reach 16 ton.The height of warehouse shelf can reach 12 meters or 30 meters( this is a kind automation warehouse, and frame is connected by several less than 12 meters). Each frame is include 2 pcs frame posts,2 pcs horizontal brace and several diagonal brace.
